auto checking for updated third-party binaries (driven by foo_acfu) now also works for external and system binaries (i.e. whose Source in preferences Maintenance Third-party Binaries is set to External or System whereas before it worked only for Managed source)
added foo_acfu source for madVR
component now invokes on startup youtube-dl.exe --version to get youtube-dl version if its binary exists but does not have version information. This is relevant for example for youtube-dl installed via pip
