• fixed glitch in dialog frames appearance on Windows 10. Actually this applies to all Windows versions (extra shadow was added to dialog boxes after displaying component preferences page) but only in Win10 it is visually noticeable. Regression was introduced in 0.0.12
• rearranged Copy popup menu items so they all now have access keys. Previously URL menu item had no access key because all letters were taken by the above menu items
