fix for embedded cuesheets. When constructing subsong metadata, metadata from cuesheet now takes precedence over metadata from origin track. This way metadata from original video will not override metadata specified in cuesheet
context menu item Copy URL was replaced by popup menu Copy with whole set of supported properties
context menu group Columns (in Search window) now has item to show all columns
moved menu items in main menu View to separate popup menu named Youtube Source. There are already four menu items so it is better to group them within one popup menu. This change does not affect keyboard shortcuts for these menu items. If you have any, they will remain to be valid
